is an old Alemannic wine saying. Did you know that there was a purity law for wine making which originated in Freiburg at the end of the 15th Century? Or that the Pastor of St. Martin founded the first Baden winemaking cooperative? Or that Freiburg is the biggest wine-producing city in Germany? Our tour to picturesque facades and historic wine cellars offers insight into the history of Freiburg and winemaking. And no wine tour would ever be complete without a wine tasting!
